Questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Create an account for a 14-day trial with no card required. You can use available owner details and scoring in your selected metro, and export up to 100 rows per download. Nothing is charged automatically.

What happens when the trial ends?

You keep your account and can return to the dashboard. Premium owner details and exports are locked until you upgrade. There is no automatic charge.

Which markets are live?

The trial signup page lists the metros you can choose and the cities currently included in each. Check that list before creating your account. Record types and available details vary by city.

What does one plan cover?

Your trial and Pro plan cover the same selected metro and its currently covered cities. A metro boundary does not mean we have records for every city inside it. New city feeds within your metro become available as we add them. Contact support if you chose the wrong metro.

What is Market Exclusive?

One investor per metro. While your term runs we sell no new Pro seats in your metro, so the leads are yours to work. $799/mo on a twelve-month term that ends unless you renew it. Seats that already exist when you sign stay. Public city pages remain available. It's a conversation, not a checkout. Tell us your metro.

Can I cancel?

Pro is month to month, with no contract. Cancel anytime. The plan is $99/mo for your selected metro and its covered cities. Market Exclusive runs on a twelve-month term.

Where does the data come from?

Public city and county records: code enforcement, fire, permits, 311. We clean it, match it to owners, and score it for distress. The sources are free. The digging is what you're paying for.
