Do I need a credit card to start?

What happens when the trial ends?

You keep your account and fall back to the free map, which shows locations only. Upgrade to Pro anytime to switch scores and owner data back on.

Which markets are live?

Seattle plus six more Puget Sound markets: Tacoma, Bellevue, Burien, Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace, and unincorporated Pierce County. 19,000+ open violations, scored and matched to owners. The cities page shows what's live and what's next.

What does one plan cover?

One metro, with the Census metro area as the outer edge. For Puget Sound that's King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Inside that edge you get every city on the cities page, the list only grows, and we don't sell single counties or partial metros. We can't promise every town yet, because some cities still don't publish their records.

What is Market Exclusive?

One investor per metro. While your term runs we sell no new Pro seats in your metro, so the leads are yours to work. $799/mo on a twelve-month term that ends unless you renew it. Public city and county records: code enforcement, fire, permits, 311. We clean it, match it to owners, and score it for distress. The sources are free. The digging is what you're paying for.
